Warrior Athletes Ages 10-15

Our Tween/ Teen program is designed for any athlete to find success. We start using weight that is appropriate to the ability of the individual participant and our classes are structured and coached in a way that our most experienced participant and the first timer can both be successful doing the same workout. We complete all of our workouts with a short mindfulness and mobility routine designed to stretch all of the muscles involved in our daily workouts and introduce out young athletes to techniques to help them manage stress and stay focused on the present.
