BOX BREATHING
So we can use our breath and counting to slow down our brains and help ground ourselves in the present moment.
- breathe in through your nose for 4 counts
- pause and hold your breath for 4 counts
- exhale through your mouth for 4 counts
- pause and hold your breath for 4 counts
