House of cards challenge.

BEANBAG SQUAT BALANCE CHALLENGE

What you need:

a beanbag, small stuffed animal or a balled up pair of socks

Challenge:

  • place the beanbag on your head

  • squat as many times as you can in 30sec (squats only count if the beanbag stays on your head)

  • if the beanbag falls off, pick it up and put it back on your head

  • let us know your score!!! We can’t wait to hear from you!!

Shoe Tie Balance Challenge.

Lift up one foot, untie your shoe and take it off. While balancing on one foot, pass your shoe around your back and then put it back on your foot and tie it up. How long did it take you? Can you beat Coach Kris?? Did you try the other side too?
