drop off and join welcome game
white board review of daily agenda and today’s value focus
warm up game to start our day- sprint tic/ tac/ toe
plan end of day activity
10am-12pm Field Trip
urban hike to designated field trip location (this picture is at Alt Rock in Barrie)
spend 90-120min exploring our field trip location and all of the opportunities to be active
urban hike back to gym
12-1:30PM- Lunch and Craft
campers enjoy their home packed lunches
after lunch campers make a craft to take home
craft seen here is bracelet day, campers choice, friendship bracelet, gimp, paracord, rainbow loom
1:30-2:30PM Workout of the Day
Here is an example of an average daily workout:
WARM UP GAME- Rock/ Paper/ Scissors/ Broad Jump/ Burpee
SKILL WORK- running mechanics, agility ladder work, jumping, ball slams
WORKOUT- 5 rounds
5 box jump up jump downs
5 ball slams and catch
5 10m shuttle runs for cones
COOL DOWN- lower body stretches and relaxing breath work
2:30-3PM Camp Day Wrap Up
end of day activity (seen here is our camper designed ninja warrior obstacle course)
